Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or marketing strategy.
Ability to independently own complex reporting and analytics from planning through executive presentation.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
Strong executive communication and storytelling to present analyses to senior leaders.
Ability to manage competing priorities with limited oversight.

Responsibilities

Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple sources to drive insights into business performance.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns and prepare ongoing reports and data visualizations.
Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, dashboards, and BI solutions.
Produce actionable reports that show KPIs and root cause analysis.
Use analytics to forecast costs, risks, and profits of new business initiatives.
Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Provide reporting solutions and respond to ad-hoc report requests within the business area.
Create specifications for reports and analyses based on business needs.
Build relationships with team members and subject matter experts.
Lead small projects and initiatives.
