Compassion International is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to partner with Governance, Risk & Assurance and the General Counsel Strategy Office. You will transform data into actionable insights, build dashboards, and drive AI-enabled improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field. 10+ years of BI/analytics, data management, AI, ML, or related experience.
• Experience with complex datasets, repositories, and BI solutions; AI-powered technologies.
• Strong understanding of data architecture and how data flows across an organization.
• Experience evaluating AI solutions, including accuracy, bias, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary BI and analytics partner for Governance, Risk & Assurance and the General Counsel Strategy Office.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, data models, and analytical tools.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI adoption across business functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate complex findings into clear recommendations.
