Job summary

Axtria, Inc is seeking a Senior BI Consultant to guide pharma clients in modernizing BI landscapes from strategy to execution. You will translate business priorities into analytics roadmaps, design AI-ready, governed environments, and lead executive conversations to drive ROI.

You will deliver compelling demos, support RFPs, and partner with delivery teams to ensure scalable, compliant solutions while mentoring junior staff across a global client portfolio.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of BI/analytics experience.
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau platforms.
• Pharma or life sciences domain experience preferred.
• Strong executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive engagements with client leadership and translate priorities into BI roadmaps.
• Advise on modern BI architecture, governance, KPI frameworks, and self-service analytics.
• Provide demos, pre-sales support, and value storytelling for pharma audiences.
• Mentor teams and contribute reusable playbooks, dashboards, and best practices.
