Job summary

Arkhya Tech. Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution/Enterprise Architect to lead large-scale BFSI transformation and cloud modernization programs. The role requires 15+ years in BFSI with deep payments knowledge and strong GCP cloud architecture skills.

The candidate will drive microservices, APIs, Kafka, and event-driven architecture, ensuring robust observability, tracing, and reconciliation. Experience with real-time analytics, IAM, Zero Trust and regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of BFSI / Banking & Financial Services experience.
• Deep expertise in Payments & Transaction Processing – ACH, RTP, FedNow, SWIFT, ISO 20022, ATM
• Strong GCP Cloud Architecture and hybrid cloud modernization
• Experience with Microservices, APIs, Kafka, Event-Driven Architecture & Distributed Systems
• Expertise in Transaction Tracing, Observability, Monitoring & Reconciliation
• Hands-on knowledge of Spark, Containers/Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevSecOps & IaC
• Experience with real-time analytics, operational data platforms, data governance & lineage
• Knowledge of AI/ML, Knowledge Graphs and GenAI-powered observability is a plus
• Strong security, IAM, Zero Trust and regulatory compliance
• Excellent client-facing, executive communication and stakeholder management
