Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Power Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in power systems or energy storage projects.
• Direct experience with utility-scale or industrial BESS.

Responsibilities

• Integrate BESS with generators, MV distribution, and microgrids.
• Work with PCS, protection & controls, EMS, and grid-forming/grid-following inverters.
• Support power system modeling, stability, reliability, and availability analyses.
• Review EPC and vendor design packages; support technical decisions.
• Ensure BESS designs meet industry standards and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams on issues and delivery.
