The role requires 5+ years in acoustics, CadnaA expertise, and experience with ISO/ANSI standards. Onsite preferred with occasional travel, leveraging a strong background in HVAC acoustics.

Formación

• Experience with outdoor/environmental acoustics and modeling (5+ years).
• Proficiency with CadnaA and noise-reduction technologies.
• Familiarity with noise ordinances and permitting criteria.
• HVAC/chiller acoustics and ISO/ANSI standards experience.
• Proficient with GIS and MS Excel, and AI-enabled tools.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as outdoor/environmental acoustics SME for utility-scale BESS projects.
• Lead acoustic modeling with CadnaA and assess sound propagation and layouts.
• Review studies, verify assumptions, inputs, and conclusions.
• Translate findings into practical design recommendations and noise controls.
• Evaluate noise-reduction options for HVAC, PCS/inverters, transformers and substations.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to meet noise requirements and mitigate issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/ANSI noise standards.
