Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; MA/MS preferred.
• 6+ years of development experience with 3–5 years in Gift Planning.
• Knowledge of charitable giving taxes and related laws.
• Proficient with Google and Microsoft products; strong database skills.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusive fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and sustains donor relationships to secure bequests and gifts.
• Solicits new gifts and manages donor stewardship over time.
• Drives due diligence on complex gifts and coordinates with internal teams.
• Develops personalized stewardship plans for high-value donors.
• Plans regional travel to meet donors within a three-year cycle.
• Ensures compliance with gift acceptance policies and tax rules.
