Job summary

Texas Instruments LFAB in Lehi, Utah is seeking a BEOL Process Integration Engineer to advance BEOL integration for 28/22nm and beyond, driving manufacturability and yield. You will own the BEOL flow, design experiments with the unit process team, and partner with RET to validate OPC while ensuring packaging robustness.

The role requires leading technical discussions, planning across tasks, and delivering critical technology solutions on schedule in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of BEOL experience at 28nm or smaller.
• Ability to plan effectively, drive schedules, meet deadlines, and lead technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own the BEOL process flow that meets physical, electrical, yield and reliability targets.
• Design experiments with unit process development to evaluate integration options.
• Partner with RET team to validate OPC and make improvements.
• Collaborate with SPTI to ensure silicon process is compatible with test and packaging.
• Deliver technology solutions on time that meet product requirements.
