TelevisaUnivision is seeking a Senior Manager, Benefits & Wellbeing to lead the Health, Wellbeing, and Retirement strategy. The role partners with Finance, HR Operations, and external vendors to evolve the benefits portfolio while ensuring regulatory compliance and an exceptional employee experience.

The candidate will drive plan design, funding strategies, governance, and continuous improvement across benefits programs, balancing employee value with financial sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and seven+ years of progressive Benefits experience.
• Strong expertise in US health, wellbeing, and retirement programs, including plan design and financing.
• Experience with Workday Benefits, HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the multi-year Health, Wellbeing and Retirement strategy.
• Partner with Finance, brokers, and consultants on cost strategies and funding.
• Lead vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
• Oversee benefits administration with HR Operations and governance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, IRS, DOL, ADA, USERRA.
