Schedule is Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm. The hiring range typically spans $90,000 to $111,000 per year, with pay range $88,037–$132,055.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years in employee benefits, retirement plan administration, or Total Rewards.

Responsibilities

• Shape, administer, and enhance Total Rewards programs.
• Manage health/welfare benefits and retirement plans; coordinate open enrollment.
• Communicate with employees; support wellbeing and recognition initiatives; conduct data audits.
