Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist to deliver an exceptional benefits experience for U.S. employees and their families. You will interpret plans, guide policy and regulatory compliance, and mentor teammates while partnering with Payroll, Finance, HR, and vendors.

You will manage day-to-day administration, lead projects, and drive improvements across benefit programs while maintaining HIPAA compliance and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 10 years of progressively responsible experience in employee benefits, benefits administration, HR operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior SME and escalation resource for complex benefits questions.
• Research, assess, and resolve complex or non-routine employee cases with sound judgment.
• Provide accurate, timely benefits support via Oracle Benefits Portal, email, and phone.
