Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for health, welfare, and retirement vendors to ensure performance meets SLAs.
• Lead vendor implementation for new carriers with detailed project plans and milestones.
• Partner with vendors to customize employee communications with accurate branding and plan details.
• Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and drive improvements.
• Lead the annual Open Enrollment (OE) rollout with project plans, timelines, and materials.
