Qualifications

• 7–10 years in employee benefits, HR, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and deliver on SLAs.
• Strong Excel and data analytics skills for benefits programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead open enrollment projects with detailed plans and milestones.
• Coordinate annual 401(k) and VEBA audits with internal and external partners.
• Oversee vendor implementations and ensure accurate data flows.
