Job summary

AW Health Care is seeking a Benefits and Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role administers day-to-day employee benefit programs and supports payroll processing, while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

You will work closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, and external benefit partners to maintain accurate records and provide positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in payroll or benefits administration preferred.
• Experience with Paylocity or other payroll/HRIS systems preferred.
• QuickBooks experience preferred.
• Experience with payroll reconciliation and workers’ compensation audits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO and leaves of absence.
• Manage benefit eligibility, enrollments, changes, and terminations with Paylocity COBRA Administration.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment activities and employee education.
• Review benefit elections and maintain accurate records within benefit systems.
