This role requires 10+ years in HR and 7+ years in benefits/leave administration, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. You’ll collaborate with payroll, finance, and external vendors, and support open enrollment with precision and integrity.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• 7+ years of experience in benefits and leave administration preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary contact for benefit-related questions.
• Administer medical, dental, life and disability insurances, pension and retirement plans, leaves, time off benefits, etc.
• Coordinate complex leave programs such as FMLA, PFML, paid time off, Short Term Disability.
• Become subject matter expert in administering multiple benefits, including union/non-union CBAs.
• Manage benefit enrollments/terminations, claims resolution, and billing.
• Open enrollment communications and coordination.
• Partner with payroll, finance, and vendors for benefit tie-outs.
• Maintain payroll and benefit system; backup payroll administrator.
• Maintain employee/medical records; ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Perform required plan audits; maintain process documentation.
