Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Total Rewards professional to administer U.S. and Canadian employee health, welfare, and retirement programs from its Wayne, PA headquarters. You will partner with benefits, HR operations, and compliance to ensure accurate enrollment, timely communications, and regulatory compliance across the U.S.

and Canada. Responsibilities include open enrollment, 401(k) audits, and annual renewals, plus vendor management and cost reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in the administration of employee benefits, including health & welfare, retirement, and voluntary benefits.
• Experience in vendor management, HRIS, and benefit administration systems.
• M&A experience; CEBS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administers U.S. and Canadian health & welfare benefits, coordinates enrollments, coverage, payroll contributions, and data integrations.
• Leads open enrollment, 401(k) audits, and annual renewals.
• Manages the 401(k) plan with the recordkeeper for contributions, funding, and loans, including audits and Form 5500.
• Manages health/welfare and retirement vendors to ensure excellent service.
• Processes benefit program billings and invoices, supporting cost tracking with finance.
• Coordinates leave of absence administration with payroll and vendors.
• Provides communications to HR partners and employees.
• Monitors regulatory filings and ensures programs comply with federal/state laws.
• Prepares data reports to support cost management and program effectiveness.
• Develops and documents processes/tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Supports M&A activities.
• Serves as a resource for plan participants and internal partners.
• Adheres to Teleflex Code of Ethics and company policies.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
