Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience within Benefits operations, including 5 years at a leadership level in a healthcare system.
• Expertise in benefits operations and compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team.

• Design and administer comprehensive benefit programs.
• Manage vendor relationships and budget oversight.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements for benefits administration.
