The Cigna Group is seeking a Senior Benefit Advocate to ensure client benefit intent is accurately translated into Plan Information Forms and downstream configurations. You will review plan documents, validate benefit accuracy, and support Crystal-driven configuration for new business, renewals, and midyear changes.

As a benefits SME, you will collaborate with Sales, Client Management, Underwriting, Contracts, Benefits, and Operations to resolve issues and protect the client experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in healthcare, benefits, benefits configuration, claims, implementation, or related experience.
• Experience with Cigna Global Health Benefits or closely related internal benefits operation.
• Strong working knowledge of Diamond and ability to interpret benefit configuration at MEDDEF level.
• Solid knowledge of medical, dental, vision, IEAP, life, and ancillary benefits.
• Analytical, critical-thinking, and quality-review skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, make informed decisions, and work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with Sales and commercial partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel in a Windows-based environment.

Responsabilidades

• Review sold plan documents, PIFs, and materials to confirm client intent and requirements.
• Use Crystal daily to review, enter, and update benefit information for various changes.
• Understand Diamond configurations and anticipate downstream impacts.
• Participate in installation and meetings, explain findings, and provide recommendations.
• Validate that PIF data aligns with sold plans for downstream setup.
• Research complex benefit questions and coordinate corrections with teams.
• Advise Sales on nonstandard benefit options and Crystal entry.
• Complete quality reviews within daily deadlines while managing priorities.
• Support testing, process improvements, and Crystal/Diamond workflows.
