Job summary

DigiKey Electronics seeks a Senior Benefits Analyst and Compliance Partner to lead data analytics, compliance reporting, and project leadership for group benefit plans. This role supports ACA, ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAA obligations, partners with vendors, and assists in annual renewals and audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
Advanced Excel skills; proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of ERISA, IRS and DOL regulations.
Experience with Workday configuration and/or testing.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain standard reports for benefit, wellness and LOA programs.
Assist the Workday HRIS team with configuration changes and automation.
Interpret census data for accuracy and compliance; support renewal processes.
Ensure ACA reporting and annual nondiscrimination testing for plans.
Participate in audits and regulatory filings and respond to data requests.
