Job summary

DigiKey is hiring a Senior Benefits Analyst and Compliance Partner to manage data analytics and compliance for the DigiKey Group Benefit Plan and Wellness Programs. You will provide reports, guide projects, and support ACA, ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAA compliance across plans.

As plan manager for retirement programs, you will deliver analytics for data-driven decisions and collaborate with vendors, HRIS, and legal teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting and optimal plan performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with HRIS systems are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standard benefit, wellness, and leave of absence reports.
• Assist Workday HRIS configurations and automated benefit processes integrations.
• Interpret census data and ensure accuracy for compliance and reporting.
• Lead annual renewal processes, vendor evaluations, and data transfer with carriers.
