Job summary

DigiKey Electronics in Minnesota (Thief River Falls) seeks a Senior Benefits Analyst and Compliance Partner to manage data analytics, plan compliance, and reporting for the DigiKey Group Benefit Plan and Wellness Programs. You will lead regulatory interpretation, audits, 5500 filings, ACA compliance, and open enrollment support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel skills; proficient in Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain standard reports for benefit, wellness and leave programs.
Assist Workday HRIS team with configuration and maintenance of automated benefit processes.
Interpret census data and evaluate accuracy for reporting.
Coordinate with vendors and carriers on data analytics and plan eligibility.
