Responsibilities include crafting executive summaries, leading stakeholder communications, and ensuring consistent brand voice across all materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, or related field
• Master’s degree in Communications preferred
• 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, preferably benefits
• Proven track record preparing communications for executives or governance groups
• Experience navigating matrix organizations and complex approvals
• Solid understanding of benefits plan administration
• High adaptability to shifting priorities

Responsibilities

• Translate technical benefits information into executive summaries for governance committees
• Prepare high-impact presentations based on benefits strategy
• Present complex benefits recommendations to audiences with varying technical knowledge
• Align communications with governance standards and timelines
• Advise leadership on communications formats and content
• Facilitate feedback loops between oversight committees and benefits leadership
• Ensure consistent brand voice across executive materials
