Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency East is seeking a Senior EH&B Analyst to lead daily client support and ensure satisfaction for our benefits clients. You will collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Financial Consulting and Communications to align with the partnership’s strategic vision.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and at least six years in client service for benefits brokerage or insurance; Life and Health licensing is preferred, with licensing expected within 90 days if not yet held.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 6 years client service experience in benefits brokerage and insurance.
• Life and Health license preferred; If not licensed, required to obtain Life and Health License within first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client records, including activity logs, contacts/mailing lists in the Agency Management System.
• Independently coordinate plan audits and review plan documents to ensure compliance and documentation; complete renewal checklists for assigned clients.
• Coordinate Open Enrollment activities, including drafting timeline, communications, and organizing meetings.
• Review and revise benefit materials.
• Coordinate annual participant notices and plan year reporting as required by applicable regulations.
• Manage and resolve carrier and vendor issues for clients and participants; escalate complex issues as needed.
