Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to join our Americas Benefits team in Warren, NJ. The role combines benefits expertise with analytical rigor to ensure plans are administered accurately, in compliance, and aligned with business goals.

You will support annual enrollment, vendor management, audits, and reporting while driving continuous process improvements and efficient operations in a hybrid in-office setting three days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in employee benefits administration, benefits operations, total rewards, HR operations, or related function.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze large data sets.
• Experience working with benefit vendors, recordkeepers, payroll teams, and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the funding process from payroll systems to vendors for U.S. and Puerto Rico 401(k) plans.
• Monitor benefit data feeds, eligibility files, payroll deductions, vendor reports, and system outputs.
• Support annual enrollment activities including third-party enrollment testing and employee communications.
• Assist with audits, regulatory filings, plan document updates, and required notices.
• Prepare reports and financial data analysis to support plan governance and leadership decisions.
• Oversee vendor administration for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) programs.
