Job summary

Venture Global LNG is seeking a Senior Analyst, Benefits to join the Total Rewards team in Arlington. You will own benefits administration, billing and analytics globally, partnering with multiple stakeholders to improve cost, efficiency and data quality.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in benefits, advanced Excel and HRIS experience, and strong communication. This role is office-based and requires collaboration across regions and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of benefits experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to handle confidential data.
• Experience with benefits billing, auditing, and reporting.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Excel; Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support benefits billing and invoicing GL reconciliation with finance.
• Audit benefit deductions, enrollments and funding per pay period.
• Produce management reporting and ensure data accuracy.
• Research benefit programs, costing, utilization, and ROI.
• Administer plans such as 401(k) and deferred compensation; support budgets.
