Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in benefits administration or HR operations.
• Working knowledge of U.S. health and welfare benefits and compliance requirements.
• Experience with benefits enrollment, vendor management, and benefits compliance activities; Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer daily benefits programs, maintain accurate eligibility and enrollment data, coordinate with vendors, and support reporting.
• Assist in implementation and evaluation of benefits programs and initiatives with the Sr. Benefits Manager.
• Coordinate annual benefits renewals and open enrollment, including system config, testing, communications, and issue resolution.
• Ensure practices align with policies, procedures, plan requirements, and regulations; support leave and disability administration and return-to-work plans.
