Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking an Employee Benefits Senior Account Manager for a hybrid role in the Atlanta metro area. The position focuses on supporting the Producer in managing group benefit clients, with a base salary of $80-$90k.

You will run quotes, prepare benefit and cost comparisons, manage DB and eligibility changes, and coordinate open enrollment kits, while addressing day-to-day service issues for middle market accounts.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a brokerage or agency setting.
• Life and Health License required.
• College or Equivalent Independent Agency Experience required.

Responsibilities

• Run quotes and prepare benefit and cost comparisons.
• Manage database records and eligibility changes with insurers.
• Process eligibility changes online with insurance companies.
• Prepare open enrollment kits for employee meetings.
• Handle day-to-day service issues (billing, eligibility, and claim resolution) for middle market accounts.
