Responsibilities

• Reviews cases for correctness and compliance, identifying errors or issues for escalation.
• Maintains and analyzes case data to support program reporting and budgets.
• Explains programs and applicants' rights and responsibilities; provides referrals as needed.
• Maintains records and prepares summaries and information as required.
