Job summary

AMD is seeking a senior software engineer to lead benchmarking efforts across Windows, Linux, and macOS on AMD hardware. You will own automated benchmarking infrastructure and collaborate with hardware teams to deliver actionable performance insights.

The role emphasizes cross-platform development, performance analysis, and end-to-end orchestration of benchmarking pipelines using QT/.NET based tools.

Qualifications

• Strong OO programming background; C/C++/C# strongly preferred.
• Excellent problem solving, debugging, and system level troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, and macOS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated benchmarking workflows using real-world workloads to evaluate CPU, GPU, memory, storage, and platform performance.
• Design and implement hardware-aware benchmarks and microbenchmarks to characterize system/SoC performance.
• Ensure benchmark repeatability and data integrity across platforms.
