Humana Inc in the United States is seeking an Associate Director, Behavioral Economics to lead high-priority analytic, causal inference, and behavioral insights strategy work to improve outcomes and strengthen enterprise decision-making.

You will translate business priorities into rigorous measurement strategies, build durable team capabilities, manage the portfolio, and partner with cross-enterprise owners to inform program design and investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in economics, statistics, applied math, business analytics, psychology, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in causal inference evaluations and applying rigorous analytic methods.
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytic plans for decision-making.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading and developing a results-driven team.

Responsabilités

• Lead design of measurement strategies for pilots, programs, and enterprise initiatives and determine when causal inference is appropriate.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align study designs, data needs, and reporting.
• Develop scalable approaches to evaluate intervention effectiveness and translate analytics into guidance for leaders.
• Monitor pilots with operations teams and synthesize results into actionable recommendations.
• Lead and develop team members with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes.
