You will lead collaborations with senior stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers to design experimental evaluations and scalable solutions.

The role requires advancing compliance initiatives, mentoring teammates, and delivering high‑quality deliverables on time within federal governance structures.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Public Policy, Behavioral Economics, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Decision Sciences, Human Factors, or related field.
• 7–10+ years applying behavioral science in organizational, government, consulting, or policy environments.
• Formal training in experimental design and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior government stakeholders to translate complex needs into analytics objectives and data strategies.
• Mentor junior researchers and guide cross-functional teams through the behavioral insight process.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to design data-driven solutions and ensure integration into operations.
• Provide technical mentorship and ensure quality deliverables.
• Lead projects with ownership and accountability to meet milestones and deliver high-impact insights.
