Job summary

Cayuse Holdings seeks a Senior Behavioral Scientist to translate behavioral science into data-driven policy and program design. You will lead collaborations with senior government stakeholders, data teams, and executives to deliver high-impact insights and implementation strategies.

This client-facing role requires a strong foundation in behavioral methods, program management within federal governance, and the ability to present to senior leaders while delivering on milestones.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in policy, psychology, or behavioral science.
• 7–10+ years applying behavioral science in govt, consulting, or policy.
• Experience designing experiments and analyzing results.
• Ability to obtain a Federal Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior government stakeholders to translate needs into analytics objectives.
• Mentor junior researchers and guide cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and analysts on data-driven solutions.
• Present findings to executive leadership and influence policy or program design.
