The role requires managing multiple projects, presenting to executives, and delivering high‑impact deliverables within governance frameworks. Onsite work is expected with federal programs nationwide.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (Master’s or PhD).
• 7–10+ years applying behavioral science in organizational or policy settings.
• Experience translating research into practical, scalable solutions.
• Ability to obtain Federal Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior government stakeholders and translate needs into analytics objectives.
• Mentor junior researchers and guide cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to deploy data‑driven solutions.
• Present findings to executive leadership and influence policy design.
