Job summary

VeSync is seeking a Senior Applied Behavioral Scientist to join its US-based Behavioral Science team as the senior technical lead for key components of our system. You will own the decision logic that determines what the app does for a user and the causal-inference architecture that measures intervention effectiveness.

You will lead the just-in-time adaptive intervention design with the AI Team, and own the personalized learning loop, defining attribution and instrumentation for engineering,

Responsibilities

• Own the decision logic that determines what the system does for a user.
• Own the statistical and causal-inference architecture that determines whether an intervention is working for that user.
• Lead development of the just-in-time adaptive intervention design system in partnership with the AI Team.
• Own the personalized learning loop that determines intervention effectiveness at the individual level — specifying attribution, instrumentation, and partnership with ML.
• Publishable work and translating research into sprint-ready infrastructure at industry pace.
