Job summary

VeSync seeks a Senior Product Manager to own product strategy for Recommendation Systems for health and wellness solutions, shaping the engine that guides what guidance, coaching, and content each user sees. You will report to the Head of Behavioral Science, Coaching, and Program Design and partner with AI/ML, decision science, and product teams to turn models into a trusted recommendation experience.

You will own the end-to-end roadmap for ranking, personalization, and the recommendation

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with ownership of recommendation or ranking systems.
• Experience in ML-enabled products and health tech or wellness is preferred.
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering, data science, design and content.

Responsibilities

• Own the recommendation systems roadmap and define strategy.
• Translate model outputs into shippable product experiences.
• Lead experiments and drive decisions to roadmap changes.
