Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Strong report writing, interviewing, consultation, and communication skills.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in operational, national security, or related psychology fields.

Responsabilités

• Provide behavioral science expertise supporting insider threat, personnel security, and threat management activities.
• Conduct direct and indirect psychological assessments and evaluate behavioral risk indicators.
• Collaborate with security, law enforcement, and investigative stakeholders on complex cases.
• Develop and deliver training, briefings, and educational programs.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations for leadership.
