Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program; licensure in the United States.
• Experience in national security or insider threat contexts is strongly preferred.
• Ability to conduct direct and indirect psychological assessments and to provide expert consultation.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation to internal and external stakeholders to deter, detect and mitigate insider threats.
• Conduct direct and indirect psychological assessments and interpret results.
• Develop and deliver training briefs, presentations, and educational courses on behavioral science for the agency.
• Liaise with DoD/IC partners to share findings, best practices, and policy recommendations.
