Job summary

Altior Healthcare is seeking Licensed Therapists for residential programs in Coeur d’Alene, Hayden and Athol, Idaho. The therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents and young adults within a structured treatment episode and supports aftercare transitions.

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree, be licensed or near licensure (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT) or able to transfer to Idaho; pre-licensed clinicians and interstate transfers are welcome.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
• Fully licensed or near independent licensure (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT) or Idaho license transfer.
• Pre-licensed clinicians actively completing supervised hours encouraged.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience preferred, especially with youth.
• Experience with CBT, DBT, and EMDR preferred; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy with adolescents/young adults.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure timely clinical documentation and crisis intervention when needed.
• Support transitions to aftercare and coordinate with families and schools.
• Deliver psychoeducation and collaborate on care plans.
