Job summary

Psycho Social Therapies is seeking a Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) Specialist to join our team serving residents in Ohio. You will work with a licensed clinician to support seniors navigating anxiety, depression, and adjustment to long-term care within designated facilities.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, strong communication, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality client outcomes and adherence to documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma with at least three years of relevant behavioral health, healthcare, social services, or human services experience OR
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience or training working with individuals experiencing mental health or behavioral health conditions.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within an assigned service area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Therapeutic Behavioral Services under the guidance of a licensed clinician.
• Assist in developing individualized service plans and treatment goals.
• Provide interventions focused on symptom management, daily living skills, and crisis prevention.
• Support residents as they adjust to life changes and long-term care environments.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Build positive, professional relationships with facility staff, families, and community partners.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality client care.
