Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma with at least three years of relevant behavioral health, healthcare, social services, or human services experience OR
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience or training working with individuals experiencing mental health or behavioral health conditions.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel within an assigned service area.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Therapeutic Behavioral Services under the guidance of a licensed clinician.
  • Assist in developing individualized service plans and treatment goals.
  • Provide interventions focused on symptom management, daily living skills, and crisis prevention.
  • Support residents as they adjust to life changes and long-term care environments.

Psycho Social Therapies is a leading provider of behavioral health services in nursing homes and assisted living communities across the state of Ohio. Our team helps seniors improve their mental and emotional well-being through compassionate, individualized care.

We are seeking a Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) Specialist to join our growing team. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with a Therapist or Psychiatric Practitioner to help residents navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, adjustment to long-term care, and other behavioral health concerns. Most services are provided within a designated facility, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with clients and become an important part of their support system.

What You'll Do

As a TBS Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve greater emotional stability, independence, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
