Responsibilities

• Psychotherapy: Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy to patients to address their emotional, psychological, and social needs.
• Documentation and Billing for Services: Accurately document and bill for services rendered in compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements.
• Assessments: Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate patient needs and identify barriers to functioning.
• Patient-Centered Care Plans: Develop individualized care plans with the care team.
• Resource Facilitation: Connect patients with community resources and coordinate referrals.
• Crisis Management: Identify crises and provide crisis intervention and planning.
• Progress Monitoring & Evaluation: Track progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Advocacy: Ensure access to treatment and facilitate communication with the care team.
• Active Listening: Provide a safe space for patients to express concerns.
• Respect for Individuality: Tailor interventions to cultural and personal backgrounds.
