Job summary

Holy Redeemer in Meadowbrook, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate patient care across departments, following the Professional Nursing Law and hospital policies.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, intervention, education, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team; you'll also mentor new staff and advocate for patients and their families throughout the hospital experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Registered Nurse licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• BSN completed or attained within 3 years of hire.
• 1 year of related nursing experience required for PRN.
• Specialty certifications preferred or required as specified.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care and supervise others giving care.
• Facilitate, communicate, assess, intervene, educate, plan and deliver comprehensive care.
• Communicate with multidisciplinary team about changes in condition or response to treatment.
• Act as patient/customer advocate and Redeemer Health representative throughout hospital experience.
• Assist in development of new staff nurses and future nursing practice.
