Holy Redeemer in Meadowbrook, PA seeks a Nursing Administration leader to assist the Director of Nursing in planning, coordinating, and directing operations for the skilled nursing and short stay units. You will apply independent judgment within LifeCare Division goals while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualified candidates will hold RN/BSN credentials and have Infection Control familiarity, with a focus on program development and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years administrative and management experience in a long-term care facility
• RN, BSN preferred
• Certified in Infection Control and NHSN data preferred
• Ability to develop, implement and coordinate new programs and services
• Ability to analyze and problem-solve
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to support Redeemer Health mission and operate in a changing healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Support the DON in planning, coordinating, and directing the operation and management for the skilled nursing departments and short stay for St. Joseph Manor
• Ensure alignment with LifeCare Division goals and regulatory and legal requirements
