LewisGale Hospital Alleghany in Low Moor, Virginia, is seeking an RN Manager Behavioral Health to oversee clinical services and 24/7 accountability with the behavioral health program. You will manage staffing, budgeting, policy development, and community education initiatives as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role includes coordinating care, ensuring regulatory compliance (JCAHO, DBHBS, HCFA), and collaborating with administration and leadership to provide high-quality behavioral health

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia.
• Leadership/management experience in behavioral health.
• Experience with policy development and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate clinical services in the program.
• Determine staffing and resources for care delivery.
• Supervise clinical personnel and participate in recruitment.
• Develop policies to guide behavioral health services.
• Coordinate budgets and monitor financial targets.
