Intercommunity Action I in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Behavior Health Administrator (Full Time Professional) to oversee MHOP, BCM, SIL, and Front Desk operations. You will lead administrative and clinical efforts, manage policy and budgeting, and ensure services meet regulatory standards while improving client outcomes.

You will supervise MHOP, BCM, SIL and Front Desk staff, develop referral networks, coordinate psychiatric coverage, monitor CQI and billing, and drive process improvements

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or terminal degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Mental Health.
• LCSW or LPC licensure is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive behavioral health program administrative experience including supervision.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations for MHOP, BCM, SIL and Front Desk.
• Lead staff supervision and development to maintain compliance and productivity.
• Monitor CQI, billing, and documentation to support timely revenue and audits.
• Coordinate budget development and align with program goals and regulatory requirements.
• Develop policy updates and ensure regulatory compliance across programs.
