Job summary

NET Centers/NET Community Care in Philadelphia seeks an experienced CCBHC Assessment Counselor to perform initial evaluations and manage admissions for OP and MHOP programs. You will handle referrals for clients ineligible for OP/MHOP while coordinating with Care Managers and Billing Specialists to ensure proper documentation for Medical Assistance submission.

You will work with the clinical team to manage caseloads and facilitate access to Behavioral Health insurance, driving timely admissions

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree or above in a related field with 2 years of clinical experience.
• Must meet full qualifications as an addiction counselor per Department of Drug and Alcohol Program regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial clinical evaluations and admissions for OP and MHOP programs.
• Coordinate referrals for clients ineligible for OP/MHOP services and collaborate with Care Managers.
• Maintain required documentation for Philadelphia County Assistance Offices and support access to Behavioral Health insurance.
