Job summary

You will coordinate patient care, ensure safety and ethical standards, and provide 24-hour accountability for units. Requires Alaska licenses and 5 years of behavioral health and 3 years in management.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Alaska Clinical Social Worker License or Alaska Professional Counselor License or Alaska Marriage and Family Therapist License or Alaska Psychologist License upon hire.
• 5 years of behavioral health or social services experience.
• 3 years of management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the team in delivery of patient care in an ethical and compassionate manner.
• Develop the clinical program and ensure safety and daily management of assigned behavioral health units/operations.
• Exercise independent judgment with 24-hr accountability for clinical and operational issues.
• Lead operations for the assigned units with focus on quality and patient-centered care.
