• Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team in delivery of patient care with a compassionate and ethical approach.
• Develop and oversee the clinical program; ensure safety and daily management of assigned units/operations.
• Exercise independent judgment with 24-hour accountability for clinical and operational issues.

Education

Master's Degree - Behavioral health, social work or counseling, or related field

Alaska Clinical Social Worker License

Alaska Professional Counselor License

Alaska Marriage and Family Therapist License

5 years- Behavioral health or social services experience
