Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health, social work or counseling or related field.
• Alaska licenses upon hire for clinical social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
• At least 5 years of behavioral health or social services experience.
• Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates team in delivery of patient care with ethical standards and care model.
• Develops the clinical program and ensures safety and daily management of behavioral health units.
• Exhibits independent judgment with 24-hour accountability for clinical and operational issues.
