Job summary

Telecare Corporation seeks an experienced Administrator Unlicensed to lead Fern Lodge Evaluation & Treatment Center #270 in Stanwood, WA. This in-person role manages day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, and staff leadership to ensure recovery-centered care and strong performance across clinical quality, workforce engagement, customer satisfaction, and financial security.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required, preferably in Business, Social Services, Public Health, Behavioral Health, or a related field.
• Minimum four (4) years of administrative management experience in a healthcare or behavioral healthcare setting.
• Minimum two (2) years supervising professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing oversight.
• Strong understanding of community mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation, and Recovery Model principles.
• Ability to lead clinical and operational teams in a fast-paced behavioral health environment.
• Must live within reasonable commuting distance of the facility.
• Participation in the Administrator on-call rotation for evenings and weekends is required.
